Ohana Entertainment TN ("Ohana Entertainment," "we," "us") is a mobile DJ, lighting, and event production company based in Franklin, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit ohanaentertainment.co or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you check your date, request a quote, or book with us, you share details like your name, email address, phone number, and information about your event (date, venue, guest count, music preferences). You may also contact us by phone, text, or email.
Our inquiry and booking forms are provided by HoneyBook, which also handles proposals, contracts, and payments. Information you enter in those forms is processed by HoneyBook under the HoneyBook Privacy Policy. We never see or store your full payment card details.
We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes, plan and perform your event, and keep business records.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure things like which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and general device, browser, and approximate location information. Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Clarity masks text you type into form fields, and it can't see inside the HoneyBook forms on our site.
Content from other services
Some pages include content provided by other companies. When your browser loads it, that company may receive your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy:
- Google Maps (our service-area map) and Google Fonts (the typefaces on our pages)
- YouTube (event videos in our gallery, loaded when you press play)
- GigSalad (our reviews widget)
- unpkg (a content delivery network that serves some of the code our pages run on)
Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests (including IP addresses) to keep the site fast and protect it from attacks.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above so they can do their jobs for us, with vendors or venues you ask us to coordinate with for your event, or when required by law.

- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below. Some records (like signed contracts and invoices) may need to be kept for tax and legal reasons.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so our site doesn't currently change its behavior when it receives one. The analytics and advertising partners named above (Google and Microsoft) may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and booking information as long as we need it to plan your event, stay in touch if you'd like us to, and meet our tax and legal obligations. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Children
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. School dances and kids' parties are booked by parents, schools, and organizers.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
