We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks out for corporate events, and 3-6 months out for large annual events like holiday parties and galas. Popular holiday season dates (November-December) fill very fast - reach out early.

Absolutely. We're pros at transitioning from sophisticated background music during dinner and cocktails to high-energy DJ sets for the dancefloor. One setup, one crew, seamless transition.

Yes - wireless lapel mics, handheld mics, and podium connections are all available. We work with your run-of-show to cue each speaker and make sure transitions are smooth.

We typically arrive 90 minutes before doors open for setup and take about 45 minutes to break down after the event. We always coordinate load-in times with your venue so we're out of the way before guests arrive.

Yes - we can tailor music genres, MC tone, and lighting colors to match your brand. If you have specific songs for a product reveal or award walk-up, just send them over and we'll integrate them.

Yes - we cover all of Tennessee and surrounding states including Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Travel fees apply outside a 50-mile radius of Nashville.
